Space is very clean and comfortable. Nice common area and exceptionally clean kitchen. (Honestly, the fridge was cleaner than my fridge at home). Great location.
First time staying here and loved it. If you are looking for a great spot right in the middle of Mahone Bay and Lunenburg, this is it! Very economical and comfortable. We booked the double room so we could have a private room. There are also bunk rooms if youre wanting to experience a true hostel feel. 2 bathrooms with showers, full kitchen with fridge, and a common area to meet your new friends. Owners make you feel right at home and help you in anyway you need! If youre not driving, its about 5km to either town. They do have bikes to rent you. We went and bought our own lobster and mussels to have a more economical dinner and true East Coast experience. Would definitely come back!
Nothing fancy but Greg is great - helpful, friendly & accommodating. Plus full-size beds, free wifi, campfires and fun. You can't go wrong!

I love this place. Mahone bay is a lovely little town close by. The hostel is small and perfect. You can best reach the place by car but the owner, Greg, also does tours our of Halifax!
