My husband enjoyed his fish and chips, he got to choose between cod and haddock. The tartar sauce was made in house and it was different but good at the same time, it had dill pickle in it. I had the clams and fries, the batter was with rice flour, it was good but not my favorite. The prices of course are tourist prices so be prepared to pay more.
Nicest personnel. We felt welcome even if we showed at the very end of their opening hour. The food is excellent. Their scallops with the Caesar salad is divine! The only reason I don't give 5 ... It not a chic restaurant. It is well kept, clean with a somehow simple trendy ambiance. Definitely a place to stop in for a nice lunch or dinner.
Staff were super friendly as soon as we walked in. Found a table on the patio, ordered the fish tacos and they were great. My wife ordered the lobster sandwich (not sure the menu name) and it was huge and full of local lobster. The fries were probably the best Ive had in a long time. We got ice cream for dessert on our way out, the single scoop was huge and so good! Overall great local place! Amazing food and friendly staff.
Lunch was excellent. I had seafood chowder and my wife had a haddock burger and fries. Both were hot tasty and filling. Highly recommended.
Excellent staff. Excellent food. Excellent facilities. Are you getting the idea that we like this place? It just doesn't get much better.
