Staying in Mahone Bay this week from another province and had reservations for tonight but we received a call this morn from the restaurant, canceling our reservations due to a larger party coming in. This is very disappointing as I was looking forward to trying the food. Appreciating the larger party, I feel that our reservation should have been accommodated and I am disappointed that this was done.
Amazing view!!!! Such a cute and cozy restaurant. The seafood chowder with the homemade biscuit was delicious.
Good quality, very friendly service but I wish they had more menu items and lobster rolls. The decor in the place was nice. I got the fish cakes and they were really good.
The staff are very friendly and the food was delicious. Each table has a container of trivia questions making for good conversation starters.
Excellent service and even better food. Seafood cakes were sublime. Great local craft beer on tap. The owner also has a lovely rental cottage on Western Shore.
